About This Event

Kidokinetics Target Time program focuses on game play which supports children’s development of precision, perceptual distance, coordination, and concentration. Our engaging coaches will utilize archery, bowling, bean bag toss, Velcro darts and mini golf to introduce children to sports and activities that involve hitting a ‘target’ as the primary goal of the game.

Kidokinetics Super Sports Sampler programs are designed to provide a fun, healthy week of exercise, games, nutrition and sports activities. Each class introduces a new sport or sport activity teaching the skills and drills associated with the sport. Sports activities include Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Baseball/T-ball, Football, Hockey, Obstacle Course, Hula Hoops, Jump Rope, PE games, Jai Lai (scoop ball), Throw & Catch, Relays and Parachute activities. This program is a fun, first introduction to sports for children of all abilities!

Kidokinetics TumbleFun program is designed to provide a fun, healthy experience of exercise, games, nutrition and tumbling activities. Each session introduces new activities including floor movement, forward and backward rolls, balance work, donkey kicks, handstand and cartwheel prep. The skill building is complemented with fun games, music, bubbles and rhythm steamers to create a positive improvement in flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength.
