Event Description

Kidokinetics Hoops Scoops and Shots combines three popular sports to create a fun learning experience with just the right emphasis on fitness and exercise. Hoops (basketball) introduces passing, shooting and ball handling basics. Scoops (lacrosse) instructs the basic skills of cradling, passing, scooping and catching. Shots (USTA NetGeneration tennis) teaches groundstrokes, serves, and net play. These skills combined with game play provide a confidence-building environment. Physical skills developed include agility, accuracy, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination and speed.
